Are you looking for a music-based web site that does everything you want it to and doesn't cost an arm and a leg?  You need that hard-earned money for recording time, CD manufacturering, T-Shirts, new gear and everything else under the sun.  With all of those things screaming at ya, it's not hard to believe you don't have an extra $2,000 to hire a web developer/designer and pay him/her to manage it.  At the same time, when it comes time to book a gig and the bar-owner/booking person asks for your web site, you want something presentable.

As good as MySpace might be for networking, it just doesn't cut it for professionalism.
